GI Joe Cobra Commander Cobra Leader New On Card 1993 On Bi Lingual Card, card has creasing and scuffs, nics and wear on 
edges of card, bubble is scuffed from storage, paper separation bottom corners, this card is not perfect. I do not know how to grade 
these items I am no Expert, I try to mention everything I see, but please ask any other questions you have before buying.
