GreensGrader - the "Killer Tiller"
Although there are many grader boxes on the market today, nothing is as versatile as the GreensGrader. Projects that required multiple pieces of equipment to complete, can now be accomplished with just one.
The GreensGrader is a soil manipulating tool equipped to handle multiple specific operations - Scarifying or loosening the soil, leveling and contouring, raking out debris, breaking up clots, and edging along sidewalks, cart paths, etc. The GreensGrader accomplishes these 5 operations in one piece of equipment, independently or in unison.
The GreensGrader was developed from more than 20 years of thought and on-the-job trial and error. The objective was, and still is, for a machine to perform all of the key operations involved in preparing the soil for seeding and/or sodding. The GreensGrader, as compared to other equipment on today’s market, combines functionality to perform the 5 basic operations to prepare the soil for seeding or sodding in a single unit. The basic requirement for use is a 35-40 HP tractor with category 1 hitch.
Product Features:
The strong, spring-loaded scarifying blades are capable of loosening a 6” to 8” width of soil from 4” to 5” deep. This prepares the soil for seeding and allows a better chance of survival and growth for the seed when planted.
The grader blade is used to shape and level the loosened soil. With the roller in the up position, the box grader blade levels when moving forward while the rear blade allows for back-filling and contouring.
The row of 22 double spring tines are fully retractable. When in the down position, the tines allow the removal of trash & debris from the surface. The spring action allows you to reverse without raising.
The heavy-duty roller, when either locked down or In the floating position, pulverizes large & small clots of soil that were left after scarifying. The roller also assists in leveling and shaping. The expanded metal design also provides an excellent seed bed.
The cart path and sidewalk edger cuts costs on man hours by automatically lowering the grade along edges that are to be sodded. The edger easily locks up out of the way but drops firmly into position with the simple removal of a pin.
The GreensGrader performs its functions by having many retractable parts, allowing them to be used in combination, or as separate operations. The GreensGrader features an all welded construction with a heavy-duty “A” frame for stability. The replaceable scarifier blades have 6” chisel points attached to 12” spring-loaded shanks to mitigate breakage.
The two grader blades are formed from heavy-duty carbon steel for years of use while the spring tine rake bar offers twenty-two 5/16” round tines to remove debris. Incorporate an edger blade and pulverizing roller and you have 5 functions in one piece of equipment.

In forward motion, tilt the box backward to utilize the inside scraper blade, similar to a standard grader box. Operating backward, use the rear blade to move, shape, and level larger amounts of soil.
Spring-Loaded Scarifying Blades with 6" wide Plow Heads.
Break up hard, compacted soil. large, immovable objects are no problem. The spring-loaded mechanism gives way and snaps back into position.
Retractable Spring Tine Rake Bar.
The Spring Tine Rake bar swings down and locks in place. Twenty-two 5/'16' diameter, double torsion spring tines create a loose top layer, perfect for seeding.
Edger Blade.
The drop-down edger blade peels soil away from drives, roads, sidewalks and cart paths eliminating costly man hours.
Pulverizing Roller.
Break up soil clots of all sizes with the retractable pulverizing roller. The roller can be locked in place for use or may free float for dual use while using the scarifying blades or Spring Tine Rake. Swings up and pins in place while not in use.

Return Policy.
A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained from customer service (1-239-357-1853). Products must be unused and in their original cartons. No discontinued or obsolete items will be accepted. For safety reasons, no returns can be accepted on HEPA items. Customer pays return freight charges and 15% restocking fee, except when return is due to freight damage. We reserves the right to refuse any return not in compliance with the above.
