Original WW2 wartime vintage ad for ZENITH RADIO CORPORATION. War Run by Telephone in 1917, Run by Radio in 1942. During the battle of Midway the men in the radio room of an American aircraft carrier got a chuckle. They overheard two very excited Japanese talking and they didn't sound happy. There were 81 enemy bombers, swarms of fighters above and below when they were spotted the call went out over the radio, and the Marines piled into them. Main office located in Chicago, IL.
