Original oil and gas oilfield drilling industry trade magazine vintage ad for PATTERSON BALLAGH CORPORATION of Los Angeles, CA. This Battle Scarred Stabilizer Proves an Interesting Fact. In Ventura California Sexton No. 1 of teh Prairie Oil and GAs Company drilled by the Taft Well Drilling Company, was equipped with three stabilizers on a 5 inch drill pipe. They had a twist off.
