Because cases are made to order please allow 1 to 3 business days for your case to be made. Once your case is made it will be shipped to you through First Class mail with Delivery Confirmation. It will take 7 to 14 working days for mail items to reach recipients (subject to flight availability and progress of customs clearance and aviation security check, etc.).
Each case is printed especially for you by our case printer in Hong Kong. This means that because of the custom nature of your order no returns can be made once you receive your case. If in the unlikely situation that you receive a faulty case, an exchange or refund can be made.
