This tiny cowboy needs a new home! He is 3" tall and his tan hat is about 1" square. He is wearing what seems to be light blue (Levis, I presume), a green shirt, red bandana, and brown vest. There may be a gun holster on his right but it is not painted to stand out. His hands appear to be in his pockets or hooked on his belt.
