It appears to be hand carved from a very dark wood, maybe teak?
It also has inlaid bits of some sort of white material (possibly bone) to simulate the tusks and accentuate the ashtray rim.
It is, unfortunately, missing two small bits of the inlay on the rim of the ashtray but the tusks are in great shape.
Measures about 3-1/2" tall and about 7" long it doesn't seem to have ever been used.
