Up for your consideration is a 1940s vintage glass swirled base jar with plastic cup to hold the spices or nuts. It has a mark on the bottom of a A in a circle with a line underneath. I believe this piece was made by the Armstrong Cork Company-Glass Division, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania USA. A perfect little antique piece for your country kitchen hutch or give as a collectible gift from the past.
