The cabinet utilizes 14 gauge steel with black powder coating along with a galvanized roof for many years of good looks. The main chamber door features a 3 inch smoking thermometer made just for the smoker that indicates the correct smoking temperatures. Two chrome latches that are easy to use hold the door shut. The fire box door also has a chrome latch and has a larger vent so viewing the fire is easy and simple without opening the door.
