Shipping Policy
Most items will be shipped with USPS. Occasionally other shippers will be used, depending on the item. In most case. a tracking number will be provided.
Return/Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. Typically with the crystal or custom shoes, an exchange can be made, if there is a size issue. Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your replacement shoe, given the fact a new one has to be made for you.
If the item is defective, then either a store credit or replacement will be issued.
