There doesn't seem to be a title on the packaging for this kit, however I emailed the company who made this kit and they said the title is Sara Moon.
The back of the package says contents: fabric 100% linen, 14 threads p.cm (35ct) yarn: 100% cotton, needle plus instruction.
The cloth has an unusual effect to it. It has subtle, and uneven shading in a slightly darker color than the base color of the cloth. This may be intended to give an aged or antiqued look. The effect can be seen in the picture on the packaging, although it is hard to see as it is subtle.
The size is listed as 33 by 38 cm, which translates to 13 by 15 inches.
The packaging does have wear to it. The glue holding the flap down on the packaging has released, so the packaging is open, although the contents are all present, and in new condition, and only the cloth has been removed from the packaging to be photographed.
The side of the package says Made in Holland.
