The duck is wearing a hat, and what looks like a jacket and a tie around it's neck.
The ducks mouth appears to be a spout. This item would look great displayed on a shelf, but probably wouldn't be suitable for food or drink use.
There are no chips in the item. The spot near the handle is not a chip, it is a spot where the paint didn't seem to take.
The duck measures approximately 7 inches across, and 4.5 inches tall at the tallest point.
