This item is sold. A very beautiful and very large painting entitled "Winter in the Laurentians" by G. Duveyre, a Canadian artist/ It is signed in the bottom left corner and also on the back. Also on the back of the canvas is the title and dated 1969. The painting measures 40 inches long and is 20 inches wide. It is mounted on a keyed stretcher and set into a very finely hand carved (and very heavy), wooden frame measuring 48 by 27-5/8 inches.
