Scarce NATIONAL not local PILOT CLUB Cookbook 1968 Quick Easy 900 Recipes SEE ALL 828 Natl NAMES

NATIONAL pilot organization community fundraiser recipe book cookbook THE PILOT CLUB COOKBOOK ... Quick & Easy Favorites ... Containing Over 900 Favorite Quick and Easy Recipes from Pilot Club Members, Including Low Calorie This copyright dated 1968 and illustrated recipe book measures approx 6” x 9” with 190 pages including Index, a page of the History of the Pilot Club and bw real photo of the Pilot International Building, 244 College St, Macon, Georgia, Table of Contents, miscellaneous pages containing charts, hints, etc. Includes bw photo illustrations of recipes. Cookbook is full of typed-format recipes, and with 900 recipes AND 828 unique contributors , some with multiple submissions, you KNOW there is a good variety of MANY good recipes!

Tucked inside cookbook and used as a bookmark between pages 90/91 is a cut-out recipe from another publication for BLUEBERRY ORANGE NUT LOAF by Mrs Wiley Bryars of Perdido, Alabama.

This is a scarce title, QUICK and EASY FAVORITES, and an even more rare detailed description. Those who follow me know that I always give ALL the contributor names, and this one is no exception. When I started this many multiple sittings task, I didn’t fully realize the huge undertaking, the painstaking entry of page after page of recipes and names ... a whopping almost 32,000 characters typed, too large to fully describe in description of 10,000 character limit per listing (which is positively RARE for online venues ... thank you, eBluejay!), so I need 3 more pages/listings to complete this massive cookbook's value! (see paragraph below California names) ..... It is always my hope that a viewer will recognize a lost or deceased loved one’s name and cherish their memory and unique recipe(s)! .....

Condition: Good, and I checked EVERY page to enter all the names! (I include ALL names in ALL fundraiser-type cookbooks because I know how frustrating it is to hope and wonder if specific contributors are included in a book, only to find out they’re not, upon receipt.). Most all pages (except faint spot on page 67) and covers are clean, tight to spiral binding, only writing is a pencil checkmark next to recipe for Glori-Fried Chicken on page 32, no folds or tears or chips (except a 1/8” tear on back cover side edge), all pages intact, no defective spirals. There is a golden highlight on page 8/9 either intended during printing or is a shadow from a previous separate paper insertion; residual of same is on reverse of page 9/10, then another different shape shadow on page 12/13 with residual on page 14/15 and page 74/75 that I know is not from original publishing. Minor wear of cover and page edges/corners. This is an absolutely exceptional cookbook, and, when all else is so very good, I only wish this, and others, cookbook’s binding spirals were larger ... why DO they cram so many pages within that results in more-difficult-to-turn pages easier and safely AND also pulls covers so tightly that the inside pages are exposed?! Any shadow is from copier and NOT on items. Books are NOT from smoke-free or pet-free environment. Email with questions or requests. Above 10 supersized images are part of this description.

Shipping: Buyer pays $4.00 Media/Bookrate s/h and Seller will add to your $4.00 and pay the extra dollars for upgrade to FIRST CLASS/PRIORITY that will include insurance, tracking number/info, faster delivery, and more gentle handling by the USPS than Media/Bookrate to better protect the plastic spirals on your keepsake.

Seize this scarce book for posterity, the descendants, future generations of those who contributed the recipes ... this legacy may be all there is! … Perfect as a gift for birthdays, Christmas, newborn grandchild or just to say “I love you and cherish the memories.”
