1 Tbsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1-1/2 qt milk

2 lb raw, shelled, deveined shrimp
3 Tbsp snipped parsley
In hot butter or margarine, in Dutch oven, saute onion slices until tender. Add boiling water, then potatoes, salt and pepper,. Simmer, covered, 20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Condition: Good, and I checked EVERY page to enter all the names! (I include ALL names in ALL fundraiser-type cookbooks because I know how frustrating it is to hope and wonder if specific contributors are included in a book, only to find out they’re not, upon receipt.) Pages are mostly clean, tight to plastic-comb spiral binding, no tears, no chips, no dog-ears, no writing, no defective spirals. There are no missing pages; in fact, there are 2 extra pages 9/10 exactly the same; however, after page 60, half of the blank page to write extra recipes is missing, presumed a handwritten recipe was removed by previous owner. A spot is on bottom of page 16/17 for which lemon salad, ham macaroni salad, macaroni salad, pickled eggs, pineapple salad, potato salad recipes are given. Tiny surface smudges or minute residue on same bottom area of page, perhaps when turning pages while cooking, on pages 110-114, just barely noticeable. Only writing is on page 71, a variation added to the Wacky Cake or Cupcakes Frosting or Filling recipe. Light cover wear. Please don’t let these flaws deter you from seizing this scarce book for posterity, the descendants, future generations of those who contributed the recipes! Books are NOT from smoke-free or pet-free environment. Please see above 8 supersized images ... they are part of the description. Email with questions or requests.

Shipping: (Free Local Pickup). Buyer pays $4.00 Media/Bookrate s/h and Seller will add to your $4.00 and pay the extra dollars for upgrade to FIRST CLASS/PRIORITY that will include insurance, tracking number/info, faster delivery, and more gentle handling by the USPS than Media/Bookrate to better protect the plastic spirals on your keepsake.

Seize this scarce book for posterity, the descendants, future generations of those who contributed the recipes ... this legacy may be all there is! … Perfect as a gift for birthdays, Christmas, newborn grandchild or just to say “I love you and cherish the memories.”
