Shipping timeframes

UNITED STATES - 10 business days minimum (2 full weeks). Please note, all international packages that enter the US must now undergo additional security screening. Parcels may be slightly delayed so please factor this into the shipping timeframes.
CANADA, UK, EUROPE, ASIA – 10 business days minimum (2 full weeks)
Australia – 2-5 business days

Shipping method

The default shipping method for all items is Regular Air Mail both domestically within Australia and internationally, unless requested otherwise. Please note this is an unregistered and untrackable service.

There is no way to track a package once it has left Australian shores unless it has been sent via Express Courier International, a registered and trackable service. I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen goods after items have been shipped so please consider shipping via Express Courier International or Registered Post as your shipping option. Please be sure that your shipping address is a secure location.

Regular International Air Mail: 10 business days, untrackable and unregistered, most economical
Registered International Air Mail: 10 business days, untrackable but registered
Express Courier International: 3-5 business days, trackable and registered

All items can be shipped via a registered or couriered (trackable) service for a fee upon request. Please contact me for a quote.

While a number of items in my store are ready to ship, most items are made to order so please allow 14 days for your individual flower hair, 14 days for your sash, and 14 days for your fascinator or garter - unless stated otherwise. Depending on the availability of materials for custom orders, these timeframes may be extended but I will keep you well informed of timing in our discussions.

Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience regarding these timeframes. I work full time in my day job and make these goodies at night and on weekends. If you need an item shipped before these timeframes, please convo me to discuss before you purchase a listing. I will try my very best to accommodate your urgent requests although this is dependent on current orders as well as maintaining a sustainable work-life balance. A 'rush' fee may apply.
