Vintage 1940s scirrocco figure of "LEM" is about 4 ½ inches tall

Vintage 1940s sirocco figure of "LEM". This cartoon based figure is about 4 ½ inches tall, 1 ¾ inches wide, and 1 ½ inches deep. It is a figure of an old man with a hat, long beard, and playing an accordion. His hat is red, and his coat is blue, face is flesh colored. The rest of the statue is a chocolate brown color of the sirocco material. Not sure what cartoon panel he is from but he is very cute.
