This lamp is constructed with black opaque glass, salmon colored glass for the flowers and faceted jewel flower centers. It is designed as an accent lamp, and is not intended to be used as a reading lamp. When lit, the flowers are the main focal point, as the light does not emit through the black glass. Very striking. Price includes the lamp shade base. The lamp shade is 8" high and 11" diameter.
