Each piece of glass was individually hand cut using a traditional hand held glass cutter and then ground to its final shape. Copper foil was applied to the edges of all the pieces before they were soldered together. The finished piece was then cleaned, and polished. It comes complete and ready to give as a gift with a product tag and a suction cup for hanging.
If you buy 2 distinctly different pieces from this shop, the second item will automatically have a reduced S&H fee. If you’d like to buy 3 or more pieces from this shop, please contact me prior to check out so that I can create a listing that waives S&H fees for the 3rd and subsequent pieces as long as they are being shipped to the same address. I will also try to accommodate any other reasonable requests you make regarding shipping.

I only ship to the USA.
If the "Ship to" addresses provided by eBluejay and PayPal do not match, I will email you. I will not ship until I have a confirmed address.
I request that any returns be made within 14 days of delivery, and that you contact me prior to sending the item back so I can be looking for it. Refunds will be issued through PayPal only after I receive the returned item in its original condition and suitable for resale. As the buyer, you would be responsible for all return shipping costs.

CUSTOM WORK
When discussing custom work, I prefer to collaborate with my customers by phone, and then confirm the details through an email before proceeding. You'll have the opportunity to approve the design before I start and I'll post pictures of the finished piece before you purchase. I don't normally require a deposit for small projects that have a universal appeal. However depending on the size, level of personalization, and intricacy of a piece, I may ask for a deposit.
CUSTOMIZING ITEMS
When shopping, you might want to check out my gallery which includes items that were custom orders and items that previously sold. If you see something in my gallery that you'd like, chances are I can make another one for you or even customize a similar item by changing the colors, etc.
