Offered today from my personal collection of Late 1800`s to Early 1900`s era fashion photography is a lot of two photos of the same couple, but years apart. The first photo is a very serious photo with a nice looking couple in their thirties I would say. Man is handsome & sports a bushy moustache and sits with his arms crossed in a very serious manner! His wife sits at his side in a nice woven cane chair and wears a nice dress with interesting black collar. Their names are on the back in pencil and you are looking at Charles & May Roberts, with a date of 1897. The second photo is a very nice Cabinet card with the couple posed outside and sitting on a wooden fence. Man was a cowboy for sure, as he wears nice cowboy hat & cowboy boots & looks comfortable in those clothes. His wife wears a nice blouse & long shirt and she sports a neat hat too! Probably dressed up for church! Both of their names are penciled on the back & it appears that this photo is maybe 10-15 years later than the first photo. So, you are getting two nice photos of a good looking couple from yesteryear at a super price, so don`t miss out. A great Cabinet card in wonderful condition & a nice photo with just some age fading and some handling stains!
