This listing is for #3728 Hobnail Comport (Compote) by Fenton Art Glass Co. It is in pristine, unblemished condition with nary a fleabite on it! This is an older unmarked piece of Fenton. I believe this was introduced in 1956 and discontinued in 1980.
I think this is one of the most useful pieces in the line. The glass is top quality, the mold work is quite exquisite, and the double crimped (ruffled) rim and ribbed stem gives it an air of sophisticated elegance. Standing 5 3/4" tall and measuring 6 5/8" across the widest part of the bowl.
