This lovely Limoges footed candy dish / bowl features a beautifully detailed handpainted rose and scroll motif in shades of dark and light pink, gold and green accented with white and trimmed in gold gilt around the rim, all on a creamy white background. It is from the estate of an elderly lady.
It measures approximately 5 1/2 inches in diameter and 2 3/4 inches high. On the bottom, it says "Limoges Sofafils Veritable Porcelaine" in gold gilt lettering. There is a very tiny bit of shelf wear underneath the bottom foot. No chips, cracks, crazing or other issues. This gorgeous bowl does not look as if it has ever been used for anything but display. I would consider it to be in mint condition. The perfect accent for your elegant room!
