The pants appear to be full length pants. There is a decorative notch on the outside hem of each pant leg.

The leg of the pants look like they are fuller at the top of the legs, and then taper down somewhat. They look like they would have a nice drape to them
The inseam of the pants, measuring from the center crotch to the hem, is approximately 24.5 inches.
The measurement across the bottom of the hem of the pants is approximately 8.5 inches.
