Siamese hand painted enamel not on some kind of fiber board, don't really know what kind of material it is made of, but I think it is coated with polyurethane. It is designer made. A large pin, Is 1" high and 4-1/2" long, has locking safety clasp. I collected a lot of costume cat pins and don't remember what I paid for them and some have never been worn.
