Up for auction is a Department 56, retired All Through The House, Sarah Kate & Andy Figurine. They are in excellent condition in their original box and foam inserts. Please Note: That due to age, I cannot guarantee the condition of the box being in perfect condition. Some have wear and tear. I have most of the DEPT. 56 ALL THROUGH THE HOUSE PIECES & also MOST OF THE MERRY MAKERS. I even have the all through the house and merry makers history lists. I only accept checks and money orders for payment ONLY! I DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL! There is a $2 handling fee for the first item, all items after the first when bought as multiple are free. Handling charged is used for gas and shipping supplies such as bubble pack and tape. Shipping to be determined by your zip and the weight of the item or items. I dont know the exact shipping cost until I actually pack and weigh the item!! Insurance is a must and required as I will not be held responsible should something arrive damaged or not at all. Should that happen you must go to your post office and file a claim. Delivery Confirmation is also required as this will be the paper you need to track your item should it become lost. Insurance and delivery confirmation costs ARE NOT INCLUDED in the shipping costs but are ADDED to the shipping costs!! To my Canadian bidders please note it is very expensive to ship to Canada and as I require insurance, one item starts at about $15 and up depending on weight. I will not ship without insurance so to all bidders please do not email me complaining about shipping expenses or my fee as they are clearly written here in my descriptions. I have the right to cancel and refuse bidders for any reason. Items will not be shipped until payment is received and has been credited to my account. There is a 3-5 day wait on checks for clearance. Payment is required within 7 days unless there is some agreement between myself and the bidder otherwise I will consider the auction contract null and void.
