This listing is for a hardcover book, entitled Jackie The Clothes of Camelot. The book was written by Jay Mulvaney. The book has a foreword by Dominick Dunne. The copyright of this book is 2001. The inside of the book says First Edition: May 2001.The book has 194 pages. This book is in very good condition. However, there is minor wear to the dust jacket of this book. There is some surface wear, scratching and pressure marks on the dust jacket, along with some minor creasing at the dust jacket edges. There are some numbers and prices written inside the front page of the book, in pencil. I bought this book at a bookstore that sells all kinds of books, new, used and remainders among them. I had thought this book was a new book, and when I got it home, was surprised to see a name in writing was on one of the title pages. The name is Ida J. Scavo. I don’t know if this name is from a previous owner of the book, or if it is supposed to be a signature of someone connected to the book. To me, the name does not look the way an owner would write their name in the book. However, since I googled the name, and came up with nothing, evidently it must be the previous owner’s name. I have enclosed a photograph of this in the listing. Please take note of this, and do not bid if it is a concern, as there is a name written in this book. I enjoyed looking at this book. This book has a lot of excellent quality black and white and color photographs. The book flap says ‘Jackie: The Clothes of Camelot is a richly illustrated history of those magical years when the Kennedys captivated a nation and the world. Her glamour was electric, her style imaginative, and the effect was brilliant. Jacqueline Kennedy's fashions from the White House years, over two hundred outfits, are illustrated with three hundred photographs, in both black and white and color, many previously unpublished or rarely seen.
