Commemorative Pin Dish Issued in 2000
to celebrate the 100th birthday of the Queen Mother
 

This Scalloped gilt rimmed Dish is decorated with
the official Centenary portrait, approved by Buckingham Palace,
of Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother
set into garlands of the British national floral emblems:
roses & thistles, a blue ribbon and a crown

Surrounded by an inner blue band

And is inscribed:

"100th Birthday of Her Majesty
Queen Elizabeth
The Queen Mother"


Dimensions: 4 1/2 inches in diameter

The base is backstamped:

backstamped "Royal Crown Duchy Fine Bone China England Guild of English Master Potteries"

This piece is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, or crazing.
