Up for your consideration is a darling little Hand Painted decorative plate that is artist signed on the bottom. It has its original label on the back of it, which says Ucagco Ceramics Japan. Measuring 6" in diameter and has a scalloped edge with gold detail. It has holes in place for a ribbon or string, so it can be hung on the wall or sit it in a stand. Ucagco stands for "United China and Glass Company" and though this company's model was made in Japan, its offices were based in New Orleans. What a delightful item to display in your home.
