This is the Hallmark Mexican Barbie Doll. She is the third in the Dolls of the World series. She is dated 1998 and wears an authentically styled fiesta dress in the colors of the national flag, red, white and green. She has long braided black hair with a red ribbon in one braid and a green ribbon in another braid. She is in mint condition and the box is also in mint condition. This is Hallmark item number QX6162.
