Vintage postage scale by the Superior Scale Company. The scale starts at 2 cents for the first ounce for letters. It goes up to 4 pounds with ounces in between. Also states postage for printed matter, etc.
CONDITION—It has been a while sense stamps were two cents and this scales shows light surface rust in spots, scratches, paint loss , and it is a dull black instead of shinny like the underneath bottom. The yellow postage rates graphics are dark and aged but you can read them. Mechanically it works fine. Its weight accuracy is a hair or more off. It has a nice old time look.
